Chrismon Family

Kristen and i went to high school together (which we figured out had been... ok maybe it has been too long to share! it was a long time ago!!). she wanted me to do some pictures of them when i was back in greensboro... which i was over thanksgiving. i was happy to meet them at the bicentennial gardens. i used to go there when i was younger in the spring. i remember one time my mom wanted to take pictures of us looking at the flowers, but i had left my dress "jacket" in the car which left me in a strapless dress... she was not too happy. why is that the one memory i have from there??? i have no idea... alas i digress.
kristen wanted me to wait to share them because she wanted to give them as christmas presents and wanted them to be a surprise... so you get to enjoy them now!!

McAllister Family

my final christmas session (that i can publish right now) is the mcallister family. they get the award for the coldest session. the high was in the high 30s and it was windy! we had planned to do most of the session outside... that didn't last too long! we finished up by their christmas tree :0)
christi found me through stroller strides... a great work out for mom and baby :) i am partnering with them and offering special discounts for any stroller strides moms!! let me know if you are interested ;) (i added a page on my website for them!!)
carson is almost exactly the same age as madeline... and so cute!

Denny family

the next part of the session was for the whole denny family. debbie (the momma) was my mentor when i first became a mom. i just love her!! her family is really close and i wanted to know how to make my family just as close! what do you know... now i have 3 girls, so why not learn from someone who has been there before!! unfortunately we don't get to see each other as much any more :(

Stanmire family

i did another joint session for the stanmire and denny families. i knew both families from our old church. they are both wonderful families that i hadn't seen in a while. i was excited when they contacted me to do a session and was very excited to see them!
first up is the stanmire family. we met downtown for the session. lots of great background choices :)
jennifer and i have been friends from a while, her oldest daughter is just about the same age as mine :) thanks jennifer! it was great to see you!

Eddy Family

i met the eddy family at the beach in early december to do their christmas pictures. their session took place on one of the coldest days so far this winter (although i did do one colder session... more on that to come). but once we got out there it wasn't too bad ;) the kids were troopers and did an excelent job!

anna lost her first baby tooth the next day. pretty impressive timing!!christian was sooo laid back :)
this is the only smile he cracked the whole time!

Jones family

i met the jones family at hugh macrae park (which was a very popular shooting spot this year :).
i always enjoy getting to meet new people. they were a very cute family that seemed to enjoy each other. the boys were easy to shoot!
